Alignment Based Weight Training Classes

For current Yoga students

I also offer alignment based weight training classes for current yoga students.  Low weights are used in Various Yoga postures with a combination of Pilates, barre , and Yoga Asana are entertained with detail on alignment, mindfulness and injury prevention.

Monday 4:30-5:30pm

Wednesday 8:30-9:30am

Friday 8-9am

Saturday 7:30-8:30am September thru May only
